GSK (GlaxoSmithKline)
GSK's GlaxoSmithKline Healthcare Professional Portal mandates the validation of Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) for site registration. Leveraging Single Sign-On (SSO) services, GSK extended its reach to encompass a new target demographic. Furthermore, this implementation streamlined the registration process, offering enhanced efficiency and ease of use for the majority of Korean HCPs. As part of this project, we successfully executed the migration of HCP data into Veeva's Global Standard CRM service

Currently, accessing investment information is cumbersome, as crucial details are hidden within collapsible sections on the detail page. This forces users to engage in unnecessary clicks and results in a suboptimal user experience.
