AI Governance Studio
Enterprise organizations increasingly require AI use cases to pass a risk review before deployment, but most rely on manual, inconsistent evaluation with no way to enforce a decision once it's made. This project translates AI governance into a deterministic, testable system: an 8-factor risk engine scores each use case, a Playbook engine turns that score into an owner, a control checklist, and a review cadence, and a policy gate enforces at runtime which tools an AI agent may actually call — denying disallowed actions rather than simply recommending against them. As part of this project, a full reference implementation was built and tested end-to-end, with source code publicly available on GitHub.
Medigate Global SSO
GSK (GlaxoSmithKline)
GSK's GlaxoSmithKline Healthcare Professional Portal mandates the validation of Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) for site registration. Leveraging Single Sign-On (SSO) services, GSK extended its reach to encompass a new target demographic. Furthermore, this implementation streamlined the registration process, offering enhanced efficiency and ease of use for the majority of Korean HCPs. As part of this project, we successfully executed the migration of HCP data into Veeva's Global Standard CRM service
Renewal Investment Service

Currently, accessing investment information is cumbersome, as crucial details are hidden within collapsible sections on the detail page. This forces users to engage in unnecessary clicks and results in a suboptimal user experience. By implementing enhancements to the renewal page based on customer feedback, we can significantly enhance the overall user experience (UX)
